As a Marketing Manager, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for creating effective marketing strategies. I have a diverse background that has shaped my unique approach to marketing. Born in the United Arab Emirates and raised and educated in Egypt, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. After moving to Muscat, Sultanate of Oman in 2008 with my husband and two daughters, I spent seven years working as an Operations Manager at the Netherlands Embassy. It was there that I discovered my passion for working with people and collaborating with teams to achieve results.In 2020, my family and I decided to embark on a new journey and moved to California. It was then that I joined First Team Real Estate and Christie’s International

Office Manager

As a Real Estate Office Manager, my primary responsibility is to oversee administrative assistants and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This includes supervising staff, maintaining filing systems, and updating MLS listings. I also assist in marketing efforts by ensuring that social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately.

In addition to these tasks, I help other real estate team members with contracts, coordinate buyer and seller information, schedule team appointments and events, and purchase office supplies as needed. I also complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure that the monthly budget is adhered to. As a licensed Realtor since 2005 and Relocation Specialist, I provide invaluable support to the team by offering my assistance whenever needed.
